Client Responsibilities and Liability Release – A.U.R.A. Session

I understand if I am conducting my A.U.R.A. Hypnosis Healing session in-person, I will be in Noel Longo’s private location, which is located at her home. I understand that there are other people who also live on the property, the house is separate from the rest of the residences.

I am willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, and/or stress reduction techniques. I am aware these modalities are non-medical in nature and it is my responsibility to consult my regular doctor about any changes in my condition or changes in my medication. I understand the above modalities are not substitutes for regular medical care and I have been advised to consult my regular medical doctor or health-care practitioner for treatment of any old, new, or existing medical conditions. I understand that change is my own and complete responsibility. I understand that ALL HEALING IS SELF HEALING and that Noel Longo is only a “facilitator” in the process of helping me to solve my own problem(s). It is my responsibility to be open and honest, provide  accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help me achieve my outcomes. I understand and agree that Noel Longo will not be held responsible or liable in any form for any type of gross negligence, as this is my sovereign process of self-healing.

If I am undergoing hypnosis or visualization, I understand I may be assigned “homework” or be asked to make changes to my life by my “Higher Self” to complete or solidify any healing or changes begun in our A.U.R.A. Hypnosis Healing session today. I understand that this information and advice for change comes not from the facilitator, but from my own higher being. I understand that Noel Longo may elect NOT to proceed with the session if she feels it is not in her or in her client’s best interest to do so. Noel Longo takes NO FEE for a declined session and is NOT liable for travel costs (airline, hotel, etc.) associated with declining a session. I understand that our session will be digitally recorded for my later use. 

I also understand that in these types of metaphysical sessions, the energy in the room can affect the equipment and recording resulting in static or blank recordings. (This is quite rare, but it does happen) Please download and make 2 copies of your session video/audio IMMEDIATELY and store it in separate locations. Noel Longo is unable to store or be responsible for client recordings. Archiving is up to the client! Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Noel Longo from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my sessions. I understand that sessions performed over the web have inherent technical issues that may result in interruptions or disconnections that may or may not be able to be resolved that may result in an aborted session. I understand that rescheduling an aborted session is at the sole discretion of the facilitator. 

Noel Longo  requires No Driving for 3 hours after an A.U.R.A. Hypnosis Healing session (and as long as I feel it necessary). This is needed while my body goes through its healing process. It is recommended I take the day off. If this is an IN-PERSON session with Noel Longo, I will take an Uber/Lyft/taxi, or have someone drop me off/pick me up for my appointment as a precaution to my energetics.

I understand that my name and personal information will be kept completely confidential and I may share my recording and information in the future in any way that I am personally comfortable. I understand that often in intuitive or A.U.R.A. Hypnosis Healing sessions, universal information is provided through the client to benefit all of humanity. I agree to allow Noel Longo to share this information and any accompanying story summary either on video or in written form in blogs or books as long as my name and all personal/relevant details are omitted or changed to protect my identity.
