Why I Created This Guide
When I first started working with breathwork, I didn’t expect it to shift so much.
It became the practice that helped me move through emotions I had been carrying for years. Instead of ignoring what I felt, breathwork gave me a way to listen and release.
This guide comes from my own healing journey and from more than twenty years of working with somatic, energetic, and breath-based practices.
