If you feel that you’re not quite ready for an Aura Hypnosis session or would like to prepare yourself further for this profound experience, I offer you a gentle yet powerful alternative: a R.A.A.H. What to expect during a session
Plan on the session taking from 4-5 hours. It is best to not plan anything after the session and take the day off of work. A quite environment with just you in the room will help you from getting distracted and help you connect with your higher self. There will be about 45 minutes in the beginning to get to know one another and time to set the intention of the session. After a sound and energy healing will take place to ensure the connection to your higher-self. Then the past life regression happens and then the higher self is called in to answer question and perform a thorough body scan. All this is to help clear your body of any blockages, entities and anything in-organic from your body. This allows your body and spirit to have the clearest environment to self heal.
