My journey into alternative healing is deeply personal, shaped by both my own experiences and those of my mother. When I was around 9 years old, my mother was rear-ended in a car accident. Though she wasn’t physically injured, she developed persistent pain in her side. Despite numerous doctor visits, she was repeatedly told that the pain was imaginary—something she was making up. I remember her telling me, “I know something is wrong,” but after being dismissed as crazy, she stopped seeking help. It wasn’t until a year later, during a trip, that an ER visit revealed the truth: a 4-pound tumor in her kidney. The diagnosis was cancer. She went into remission after surgery, but the cancer returned a few years later, and unfortunately, she didn’t survive. She passed away when I was just 16. This experience left a profound mark on me. I vowed to help women trust their intuition, so they never have to feel unheard or dismissed.
My own journey to self-healing began about 15 years ago when I was struggling with health issues, including food allergies and gastrointestinal problems. I could barely eat without experiencing discomfort. Desperate for help, a friend recommended a Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist. Over the next five years, his treatments cleared my allergies and significantly improved my digestion. This transformative experience sparked my interest in Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and self-healing, leading me to study Ayurveda medicine in depth.
During college, I discovered yoga, which eventually led me to explore Buddhism. The peace and mental clarity I found through meditation became a cornerstone of my life. In 2013, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Kerala, India. My travels have taken me to many countries, especially in Latin America, where I learned to speak Spanish and immersed myself in various cultures.
In 2008, I completed my master’s in art education and spent a few years teaching young students. Around that time, I began practicing Universal White Time Healing, searching for more accessible healing techniques. A good friend introduced me to Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ), and after my first session, I was struck by how calm and relaxed I felt—similar to the effects of deep meditation. As someone highly sensitive to healing techniques, I was drawn to JSJ’s gentle approach. I practice JSJ self-healing daily, which has greatly improved my mental calmness and overall health.
In 2019, I experienced breathwork for the first time, and it profoundly impacted my life. Regular breathwork sessions helped me access hidden information within my body and subconscious, transforming my life in incredible ways. I pursued breathwork training with David Elliott, completing the certification in June 2020. The pandemic in 2020 prompted me to make Panama my home, where I currently reside on a Caribbean island.
In 2021, I began studying Sound Healing, and by 2022, I was practicing it in gatherings and individual sessions. The power of sound vibrations has led to many profound transformations, helping me and others achieve a deep sense of inner calm. I’ve participated in numerous Sound Healing events in Bocas del Toro, Panama.
My journey continued with certifications in A.U.R.A. Hypnosis and R.A.A.H. Reiki in June 2022 and the Isis Priestess Channeling Certification in 2023, all from Aurora Rising Phoenix. These practices have brought significant shifts in my life, clearing blockages and deepening my connection to mind, body, and soul. Now, I’m excited to guide others toward the infinite possibilities within themselves.
